First blog of 2021. Unfortunately the year is not starting well for anyone thanks to COVID so lets hope it improves sooner rather than later. In France we don’t have any date yet for bars and restaurants to open or for travel and culture to become part of our lives again. Here in the countryside of Nouvelle Aquitaine we are abiding by the rules and looking forward to being able to socialise again even at 2 metres apart. There is a 6pm nationwide curfew starting tomorrow so we will see if this helps stop the spread of covid.

In other news Brexit has happened. And at risk of repeating the first paragraph we don’t know exactly how that is going to affect everyone yet this year.

We are continuing maintenance and renovations on the site when the weather allows so as soon as the powers that be say you can come we will be ready to welcome you.
